We prefer to serve all of our commercial IT support services in your business environment however if your schedule suits to you drop-off your devices then we are happy to receive them to our Keynsham, Bristol Drop-Off Point.
In times of desperation such as a virus infection or computer won’t turn on, we are there to help with a methodical, tested process to get your devices back to working order. If for any reason you are in need of a new device we have recommendations which cover your needs and expectations.
Our support is available on nights, weekends and holidays which is great for businesses who don’t want the disruption throughout the day.
Our Appointments are one hour minimum and can also be charged travel time for longer distances including: Bath, Bristol, Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire.
Help My Systems believes in transparent pricing. Our in-office IT Support and Drop-Off is £25 per hour at any time of the day, either day or night. We do not believe in charging more for unusual hours as we fit around your schedule.
Appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours in advance without any fee.
